1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST are processed the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order ID.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to logistics conditions, weather, or high-demand periods.

3. Minimum Order Quantity

A minimum order value of ₹5,000 is required for all dispatches. For orders below this threshold, a handling fee of ₹500 applies.

4. Freight Charges

Free delivery is available on orders above ₹20,000. For orders below ₹20,000, freight is charged at actuals based on weight and destination zone, and will be indicated at checkout.

5. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via SMS and email. You can also track your order in real-time from your My Orders page.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged shipment, please photograph the package and products and raise a support ticket within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or credit note promptly.

7. Returns

Due to the nature of food-grade products, we do not accept returns except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect shipment. All such claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
